By using Side A you agree to these terms. Side A is operated by BKN Films LLC.

You must be 18 or older, able to form a binding contract, and not barred from using dating services under law.

Use your real first name and recent photos of yourself. One account per person. Keep your email secure.

Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, nudity or sexual content, scams, spam, selling, or impersonation.

Don't ask members for money. Don't share someone else's personal information.

You own what you post. You give us permission to display it on Side A so the service works. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Songs are shared as links and played by Spotify or Apple Music under their own terms.

We can't run background checks on members. Use the safety tips and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. Meeting people is at your own risk.

Side A Plus, when offered, renews until canceled. Prices are shown before purchase.

You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Side A is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, BKN Films LLC isn't liable for members' conduct on or off the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
